We're one of the busiest LLumar PPF shops in Stanislaus County and we need another installer who can produce defect-free Full Front installs without supervision. Day-one production. Per-panel commission. Plotter, film, and all materials provided.

The Role
You install. We handle everything else.
No selling. No customer-chasing. No driveway installs. You walk into a clean bay with a plotter, a queued schedule, and panels that need film on them. That's it.
→Cars are pre-booked. You're not hunting work — work is waiting.
→LLumar film, plotter, all materials provided. Show up with your hands and your reps. We supply the rest.
→Mostly Full Fronts with a steady stream of Track Packs and Full Body builds.
→In-shop, climate-controlled. Not mobile. Not parking lots. Not a tent.
The Money
30% commission. Every install. No cap.
Simple structure. You install the car, you keep 30% of the ticket. The faster and cleaner you work, the more you make — same week.

✓Full Front ($2,000+ ticket) → ~$600+ to you
✓Track Pack ($3,500+ ticket) → ~$1,050+ to you
✓Full Body PPF ($7,000+ ticket) → ~$2,100+ to you

Realistic math at our schedule: 3 Full Fronts/wk averages ~$1,800/wk = ~$93K/yr. Top performers stacking Track Packs and Full Bodies clear six figures comfortably. Not a guarantee — a floor based on work already booked on our calendar.
Who Fits
This role is right for you if…
✓1+ year of hands-on PPF installs. Not tint. Not vehicle wraps. PPF.
✓Plotter-fluent. You can pick patterns, weed, and run the cutter unsupervised. LLumar / DAP / Pattern fluency all welcome — we run LLumar.
✓You can install a Full Front in a day with no callbacks.
✓You commute to Oakdale Mon–Sat (under 45 min ideally).
✓You take pride in clean edges. If "good enough" is your standard, this isn't your shop. Commission rewards the fast AND the clean.
If you're newer than that, build experience first and apply later. We won't train from zero — too much customer demand to interrupt the bay.

215-min phone screen within 48 hours if your application qualifies.
3Paid trial — $200 flat for a half day. One hood + one bumper on a test panel in our shop. You get paid same day, even if it's not a fit. (One-time recruiting payment — not the role's pay structure.)
4Reference calls + offer. Start within 2 weeks. Day-one production = day-one commission.
